red Rum is a handwoven scarf, made on a pin loom, woven using Unplanned Peacock Super Wash Merino handdyed yarn, 80/20 Merino/Nylon.

Made in individual squares, they were then handstitched together. The whole was lightly felted. The result is a scarf of many contrasting patterns, from checks, to stripes, to log cabin like weave.

The colors vary across the weave as well- reds, creams, blacks, greys, even hints of olive green. One end has been embellished with a solid cast metal skull and cross bones charm, for added uniqueness and a touch of weight.

The perfect length to wear in a variety of ways.
