PAYMENT-

This shop accepts PayPal and Credit Cards via Stripe!

Payment is expected within a day, if paying via PayPal or Credit Card via Stripe. If no payment is received within 24 hours, I will send you an invoice. If no payment or response is received within 72 hours (3 days) of initial purchase, using Credit card or PayPal, I will cancel the transaction and notify you of said cancellation.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, via Stripe, or regular account payments through PayPal.

How secure is this store?

This store uses Stripe and PayPal, both of which automatically encrypt your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).

Your purchase will be sent within 3-5 business days from date of payment,  which are Mon-Sat for all purchases.

I reserve the right to cancel a sale at my discretion.

SHIPPING-

I ship via USPS within the US.  I ship regular USPS first class International for Canadian/Overseas orders. Please note that postage prices are increasing, yearly.  I try to keep them low, but for some items, that is not possible.

Shipping includes insurance and tracking for all US orders, and is available for an additional fee, upon request for any international orders. Please include such requests in 'Notes to Seller' when making your payment.  Tracking numbers will be sent ASAP, but generally day of package being shipped.

Customs fees, taxes, and duties on International orders are the responsibility of the buyer.

I cannot and will not replace any orders detained by Customs, due to the One of  A Kind nature of most of my creations.

IF/WHEN the package is returned to me, you will be notified and it will be decided then as to what steps you would like to be taken- resending at your cost or refund of purchase cost, minus shipping fees.
Reasonable amount of time for your purchase to arrive varies depending upon where the package was shipped to. Generally, within the US, if a package has not been received within two months, as per USPS for International shipping guidelines, it will be considered lost in transit.
For International orders, I will ask that you check with Customs before we assume that a package is lost. Otherwise, generally after 3 months, the package will be considered lost in transit.

If the package has been determined lost in transit after the standard allowable time has elapsed, a full refund of the purchase price, minus shipping costs, will be given.
