What forms of payment do you accept?

We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or regular account payments all through PayPal. See the following for further details.

How secure is this store?

This store uses PayPal for automatic payments, and PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).

Do I need a PayPal account to purchase from this store?

No, you are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from this store. Although if you already have a PayPal account you may use it.

PAYMENT-

This shop accepts PayPal and Credit Cards!

Payment is expected within a day, if paying via PayPal or Credit Card. If no payment is received, I will send you an invoice. If no payment or response is received within 3 days of initial purchase, using Credit card or PayPal, I will cancel the transaction and notify Admin.

Your purchase will be sent, in the case of credit card and PayPal payments, the next business day.

Business days are Monday-Friday for all United States purchases, and Thurs,and Sat for all others.

I reserve the right to cancel a sale at my discretion.

SHIPPING

I ship via FedEx 2 day Economy within the US. I ship regular first class International. Postage either way, is NOT cheap. My shipping prices reflect this, and cover packaging costs as well.

**** ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED IN THE CONDITION THEY WERE RECEIVED AND ORIGINAL PACKAGING TO BE ELIGABLE FOR A REFUND. ****

Shipping/Handling-

I ship to the address given on your purchase, as it is written by you at the time of sale. Please ensure it is correct.

If I notice a descrepancy between your Etsy address and your PayPal/Credit Card address, I will do my best to contact you to verify the correct address prior to shipping.

I ship Letter or Small Parcel for International orders, the day after reciept of funds, for all PayPal payments.

The cost of shipping includes shipping, handling and packaging.

***Shipping does not include tracking or insurance unless it is stated in the listing. All US packages include insurance, via FedEx.***

If you require insurance or shipping with a tracking number please contact me at time of purchase so I am aware that I will need to add this to your International package at the time it is shipped.

Customs fees, taxes, and duties on International orders are the responsibility of the buyer. I cannot and will not replace any orders detained by Customs, due to the OOAK nature of most of my creations. IF/WHEN the package is returned to me, the customer will be notified and it will be decided then as to what steps they would like to be taken- resending at their cost or refund of the customer's money.

To Canada-Up to 3 weeks

Within the US-Up to 1 Week

International other than Canada -2-8 weeks depending on location and Customs.

***If you need faster service, please contact me prior to purchase and I'll run some numbers for you, so you may decide whether it is worth it to you.

If an item has not arrived within a reasonable amount of time* and I cannot locate the item via FedEx tracking or the USPS, then you may either chose to be refunded the original purchase price or receive a store credit in the amount of the original purchase price.

ANY POTENTIAL REFUND REQUESTS MUST BE MADE WITHIN 7 DAYS OF RECEIPT OF ITEM.

IF REFUND IS TO BE GIVEN, ITEM MUST BE RETURNED IN SAME CONDITION IT WAS RECEIVED , AS WELL AS IN ORIGINAL PACKAGING, AND WITHIN 7 DAYS OF REFUND NOTICE BEFORE MONEY WILL BE REFUNDED. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS, ITEMS MUST BE RECEIVED WITHIN THE SAME TIMEFRAME AS IT WAS RECEIVED FROM ME.

ITEMS LOST IN TRANSIT WILL HAVE THE OPTION OF REFUND OR STORE CREDIT, AFTER ALL AVENUES OF SEARCH HAVE BEEN EXHAUSTED VIA THE SHIPPING COMPANY.

Return shipping will be the buyer's expense.

* Reasonable amount of time will vary depending upon how the item was shipped. Generally, within the US, if an item has not been received within two months, as per USPS, it will be considered lost in transit. For International orders, I will ask that you check with Customs before we assume that an item is lost. Otherwise, generally after 2 months, the item will be considered lost in transit.
